Our packaging is designed to be discreet, ensuring that there are no visible details about the contents, such as Smokables, on the exterior of the box, satchel, or envelope. We prioritize maintaining plain and simple packaging to accommodate various situations, allowing you to confidently receive our parcels at your home or office without any indication of the contents enclosed.

EXPEDITED ORDER PROCESSING

If your order is placed before 12pm (AEDT) on business days (Monday - Friday), we will promptly prepare and send your order to the designated carrier on the same day. To help you gauge when to order for same-day dispatch and shipping,

Once your order is in the hands of your chosen carrier, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email, and you can conveniently monitor your order's progress using your shipping/tracking number.
